Bona Drag presented film and video work that frame drag culture within the context of the art world.
My focus in designing the exhibition identity was to select the right typeface and materials
that could visually convey the flamboyant sensibility and attitude of cross-gender performances.
The impact created by the reverse-serif typeface and the big, colorful metallic vinyl letter combination
synergized well in the dark gallery, sparkling with the video projection lights.
