Terrarium VR VR App

2024
Personal Project
Created during the UX Design for AR/VR course at NYU Tandon, professional certificate program. Terrarium VR is the next step in the project that brought the concept of Many Sceneries into an XR space using Oculus. Most video player interfaces on the market today, despite being in a 3D virtual space with no limitations on the viewport, still mimic the design of digital displays found in the physical world. I grew tired of this design approach. As with the previous work, I aimed to create immersive moments through XR that surround the viewer with the scenes I had recorded and cherished, amplifying the grandeur of the landscapes and the vastness of the world.
